When it is hot and humid outside, the skin experiences severe stress. The skin treatment clinic often says that sweat and heat clog pores, causing irritation and pimples. Thereafter, protection must be put in. Protection with SPF 30 or above will protect skin from burns and pigmentation. In heat and humidity, it is best to pick a waterproof, light, non-shine inducing formula that feels comfortable on the skin.
